Steps

  1. Remove the brace

    • Take off the rear brace.
    Watch this step (AWE on an A90) (1:08–1:41)

  2. Remove the stock exhaust

    • Take it off.

  3. Move the valve motor

    • Transfer the valve motor.

  4. Fit the AWE system

    • Hang it.

  5. Set the fitment

    • Line it up and tighten it.

Safety first

  • Park on flat ground, set the parking brake and chock the wheels.
  • Never get under a car held up only by a jack. Use jack stands.
  • Let the engine and exhaust cool first.
  • Disconnect the battery before unplugging electrical parts.
