Steps

  1. Fit the transmission mount insert

    • From below, slide the insert into the mount and bolt it down.

  2. Remove the mount

    • Support the transmission and unbolt the mount.

  3. Install the mount

    • Bolt in the mount.

  4. Fit the insert

    • Fit the insert and tighten everything.

Safety first

  • Park on flat ground, set the parking brake and chock the wheels.
  • Never get under a car held up only by a jack. Use jack stands.
  • Let the engine and exhaust cool first.
  • Disconnect the battery before unplugging electrical parts.
  • Wear safety glasses.
  • If something doesn't match your car, stop and ask a shop.
